Your 3-day painting therapy sessions will work with light, darkness, colour painting such as natural watercolours, charcoal, clay, and natural holistic herbal bath, which are specifically designed for strengthening the equilibrium of body and mind.

In Thailand, Anupan works with hospitals and medical clinics in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, and is the Director of Inner Art Trainer Development program for well-being of children and youth workers with Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth).
You will be warmly welcomed to Anupan’s home studio in Chiang Dao district in Chiang Mai, Thailand for Anthroposophic painting therapy sessions in the midst of tranquility, padi rice fields, natural landscape and mountain view. The sessions will start at 10 am every day.
For young children and teenagers (younger than 18 years old), you need to attend the art therapy sessions with your parent(s) or legal guardian. Please book at least 2 people when you come for Package D.
For adults over 18 years old, you can attend these art therapy sessions alone.
