At Doctor Heals, Medical Care is one of the four foundational pillars that shape every wellness journey we design. Clinical insight provides clarity, direction, and reassurance — thoughtfully integrated into a holistic healing environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have 2 types of Doctor Heals programs, the basic package and Bespoke VIP wellness.
  • Each basic package has a specific focus. Please check its description for more information.
  • You need to choose one of the basic packages first, before adding the extra Bespoke VIP program.
  • Bespoke VIP program cannot be purchased alone.
  • Our Bespoke VIP program is an add-on schedule after you have purchased our standard basic packages
  • You may choose to add 1, 2 or more days of Bespoke VIP programs
  • Each of our Bespoke VIP program is 1-day long, and specially designed to give you a unique northern Thailand’s Lanna experience
  • Personalised English-speaking driver, transport, lunch, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks are included in our fees.
  • Our fees are in UD Dollars only.
  • The package fees include daily program and transport within Chiang Mai (Thailand), with hotel pick-up at 9 am and return to hotel at about 6 pm.
  • Our fees do not include food, drinks, airline tickets or hotel accommodation.
  • However, if you join our 3-day stay-in Inner Peace retreat or Detox programs, food and accommodation will be provided by the retreat center during your 3-day stay.
  • We understand every guest has different food preferences or possible food allergies. Hence, we do not pre-arrange or provide the food or drinks for you.
  • We will bring you to food venues, café, and restaurants for you to buy your own preferred food.
  • If you wish to eat specific food, we are happy to recommend dining choices for you.
  • Each retreat center has a stay-in requirement, special dietary advice, and food preparations to achieve the goals of the retreat.
  • When you arrive at the retreat center, they will update you on their menu of food and drinks.
  • Majority of our customers prefer to book their own hotel rooms and air tickets on internet with online travel platforms.
  • We will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 9 am on the first day of your program.
  • Please inform us your arrival date and hotel name to arrange your transport in Chiang Mai (Thailand).
  • However, if you prefer that we help to book your hotel and airline tickets, we charge a service fee of 20% for the booking. After you have purchased our Doctor Heals packages, please email us with your receipt to travel@dh.dev.zippisite.com and tell us to book your hotel rooms and airline tickets for you.
  • No, you do not need to see a medical doctor every time.
  • However, during your trip with us, the medical doctors are available to see you if necessary.
  • Our program is suitable for anyone, including those who have cancer, heart, or medical problems.
  • Please inform us if you need wheelchair access.
  • Yes, of course we want you to improve your healing
  • However, please ask your existing doctor in your home country to find out whether you are suitable for our healing programs.
  • We have a declaration and consent form for our customers, to help the spa and retreat centers know whether you have any medical or health issues to highlight.
  • Yes, definitely! Please tell us how we can help to arrange.
  • Yes, of course! We have other hidden gems in the city for you
  • If you have specific interests or requests, please tell us and we will do our best to arrange for you
  • Majority of our programs are more suitable and enjoyable for adults.
  • Our Anthroposophic painting therapy is suitable for young children or teenagers (younger than 18 years old) too. Their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) need to join our basic package and attend these sessions together.
  • For our creative arts program with autistic and ADHD kids, their parent(s) or guardian(s) will always be with the child.
  • At this moment, we do not provide baby-sitting or childcare services.
  • Yes, we create special individualised programs for different companies.
  • We welcome individual travellers, small group meetings, and major corporate events.
  • Some of our customers are Board of Directors and senior executives. They include our Bespoke VIP programs into their annual work planning retreats too.
  • Yes, we provide language translators who speak English, Mandarin, or other languages for an additional fee. Please tell us if you need any language translator.
